Resolution 4430 - Stop Sign - 8th Ave West & 8th St WestRESOLUTION NO. 4430
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF A STOP SIGN IN THE EAST AND
WEST BOUND LANES ON 87K STREET WEST AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH 8TE
AVENUE WEST AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That vehicles, including motor vehicles,
bicycles, or
other
vehicles shall be required to stop in
the East and
West
bound lanes on 81h Street West at its
intersection
with
8` Avenue West.
SECTION 11. The Chief of Police is authorized and
directed to erect a stop sign at the above location.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
