RESOLUTION NO. 4381
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED PRBLININARY PLAT OF THE
WHITEFISH STAGS PROFESSIONAL PARK, FLATHEAD COUNTY, XONTAM.
WHEREAS, Golden Development Corporation, the owner of certain
real property known as the Whitefish Stage Professional Park
located in Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M.,
Flathead County, Montana has petitioned for approval of the revised
preliminary plat of said property, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell at its
regular Council Meeting of April 15, 1996, approved the Preliminary
Plat of the Whitefish Stage Professional Park, and
WHEREAS, Golden Development Corporation has met all of the
conditions of the Preliminary Plat by compliance or by providing
f6r completion through a Subdivision Improvement Agreement, and
WHEREAS, Golden Development Corporation will develop the
Whitefish Stage Professional Park under the provisions of the Unit
Ownership Act, Title 70, Chapter 23, Part 102, MCA.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the application of Golden Development
Corporation for approval of the revised Preliminary Plat of
the Whitefish Stage Professional Park located in Section 6,
T28N, R21W, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana is hereby
approved.
SECTTON T.T. The classification of said premises under the
Kalispell Zoning Ordinance shall not be changed by the action.
