RESOLUTION NO. 4376-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACMUNT OF A STOP SIGN AT 3ym AVENUE
WEST NORTH AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH WASHINGTON STREET AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
That vehicles, including motor vehicles,
bicycles, or other vehicles shall be required to stop on
3ra Avenue West North at its intersection with Washington
Street.
SECTION II. The Chief of Police is authorized and
directed to erect a stop sign at the above location.
SEC"rioN In. This Resolution shall become effective
ictmiediately upon its passage by the City Council.
