RESOLUTION NO._43.20
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTE IN THE 1996-97 BUDGET ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE LAWRENCE PARK WETLANDS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the annual appropriation for the Lawrence Park Wetlands
Project is a federal grant received subsequent to the
adoption of the Fiscal 1997 budget, in accordance with
M.C.A. 7-6-4120, and
WHEREAS, the Source of funds is federal money passed through the
Montana Department of Transportation in an amount not to
exceed $54,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the appropriate expenditure line item would be
Construction in Progress (950) in the Special Revenue
Fund 2925 Lawrence Park in the amount of $54,000.00, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the appropriation for the Lawrence Park
Wetland Project in the amount of $54,000.00 be
.granted.
AMCTT_A_N_ IT. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage by the City
Council.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, THIS 17th DAY OF MARCH, 1997.
