RESOLUTION NO. 4318
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FEES, SCHEDULES, RATES, CHARGES AND
CLASSIFICATION IMPOSED ON THE CUSTOMERS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
WATER UTILITY.
WHEREAS, on June 17, 1996, the City Council adopted Resolution No.
4267 setting the fees for connecting to the City's Water
Utility, and
WHEREAS, charges for water connection fees for separate fire
protection services are counter productive to installers
of sprinkler systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. There shall be no charge for water connection
for separate fire sprinkler services.
SFCTION II. This decision is final ten (10) days after the
filing of this Resolution with the City
Finance Director. The Finance Director shall
file a copy hereof with the Public Service
Commission of Montana at that time.
