RESOLUTION NO. 4241
A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT AN EXTENSION OF SERVICES PLAN FOR THE CITY OF
KALISPELL.
WHEREAS, Title 7, Chapter 2, Part 4732 requires cities
intending to annex property to have an extension of services plan
showing anticipated development a minimum of five years into the
future, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell has written a document entitled
"The City of Kalispell, Extension of Services Plan" and submitted
it to the City Council for review, and
WHEREAS, the Extension of Services Plan herein considered
shall be supplemented and amended by mini -extension of services
plans which specifically deal with the extension of services to
territories proposed to be annexed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City of Kalispell, Extension of
Services Plan as written by the City staff is hereby
adopted and approved.
SECTION II. That a copy of said City of Kalispell,
Extension of Services Plan shall be available for public
review at the City Clerk of Council's office, City of
Kalispell.
