RESOLUTION NO. 4179
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN APPLICATION TO THE MONTANA (HOME)
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is encouraging Northwest
Montana Human Resources, Inc. to apply in the
capacity of a Community Housing Development
Organization (CHDO) in order to provide the
necessary gap financing needed for the
reconstruction of The Fernwell Apartments which
will provide thirty-six units of low and very low
income rentals.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1994.
