A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN APPLICATION TO THE MONTANA (HOME)
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is encouraging Flathead
County to apply for a Montana Home Investment
Partnership Program (HOME) grant application to
assist Flathead Industries for the Handicapped,
Inc. (FIFTH) create a 9-bedroom group home for
their developmentally disabled clients and create 7
units of low and very low income units (Phase II)
for occupancy by four of their clients as semi-
independent living units as well as general units
to house individuals with physical handicaps.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City of Kalispell agrees to
contribute to this project $84,000 for site
acquisition and $50,000 relocation benefits as
required by the Uniform Relocation Act.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
