Ken Yachechak attended the meeting to discuss having parking enforcement monitor his lot at the corner
of 1 St Ave E and 1 St St E. Ken is part owner of Depot Park Square and is the manager of the parking lot.
The lot has 36 spaces and his tenants are given annual permits for the lot. They would provide yearly
permits, plowing, striping and landscaping.
Mark made a motion recommending that Parking Enforcement monitor the lot as presented.
Discussion on the motion.

The motion to approve passed.
Tim will forward the request to Charlie Harball so he can prepare a contract agreement with Ken. Charlie
will determine the number of permits that Parking will be allowed to sell in the lot. All revenue from
permits sold and parking tickets issued in the lot will go directly to Parking.
It was decided that the only lot that needs striping this year is the Eagles Lot.
Mark suggested making everything west of 1" Ave W unrestricted parking. This would require making
2nd St W, 4th St W and 5th St W unrestricted parking. First and 3rd St W have been well utilized since the
parking restrictions have been removed.
