RESOLUTION NO. 4151
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF KALISPELL TO ALLOCATE FUNDS
RECEIVED FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND MONTANA HOME
GRANT TO THE APPROPRIATE PROGRAM ACTIVITIES.
WHEREAS, on January 14, 1994 the City of Kalispell received
Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $247,500,
and
WHEREAS, on April 4, 1994 the City of Kalispell received
Montana HOME Grant funds in the amount of $300,000 for which no
provision was made in the Fiscal Year 1994, City of Kalispell
budget, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell may appropriate federal or
state money received during the fiscal year by formal resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City of Kalispell hereby
appropriates the sum of $547,500, and directs the City of
Kalispell to allocate said amount to the following
program activities:

SECTION II. The above appropriation shall become
effective on May 16, 1994.
