RESOLUTION NO. _ 4139
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE
MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
(HOME).
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is applying to the Montana
Department of Commerce for a Home Investment Partnership Program
(HOME) grant to create 32 units of rental property to house very
low income individuals, 16 of which are to be designated as
transitional housing units, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell agrees to conform with the
regulations, statutes, terms and conditions described in the HOME
Certifications for Application; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Douglas D. Rauthe is authorized to submit this
application to the Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of the
City of Kalispell, to act on behalf of the City of Kalispell, and
to provide such additional information as may be required.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL THIS 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 1994.
