RESOLUTION NO. 4100
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARK AND RECREATION FEES TO BE CHARGED BY
THE CITY OF KALISPELL'S PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City of Kalispell's Parks and Recreation
Department is authorized and directed to charge and collect
such fees as contained in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
thereby made a part hereof.
SECTION II. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage by the City Council and approval by
the Mayor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY
THE MAYOR THIS 7TH DAY OF JUNE, 1993.
