Resolution 4019 - FAILED - Resolution of Intent - Purchase Eigeman Property236 FAILED FAILED FAILED 10/7/91 RESOLUTION NO. 4019 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF KALISPELL FROM DANIEL J. EIGEMAN AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO OBTAIN AN APPRAISAL ON SAID PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell on September 6, 1991 received a letter from Daniel J. Eigeman offering certain real property, described in Exhibit "A", for sale to the City for the sum of $25,000.00, and WHEREAS, the acquisition of said property may be in the best interests of the City of Kalispell, and WHEREAS, the City deems it necessary to retain the services of a real estate appraiser to establish a fair market value of the property. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to investigate the purchase, by the City, of the real property described in Exhibit "A" from Daniel J. Eigeman. SECTION II. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to retain the services of a qualified real estate appraiser to ascertain the fair market value of said property.
