RESOLUTION NO. 4016
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO CLOSE OUT THE
PARKING FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City has in its Parking Fund a deficit fund
balance of $8,416.53, and
WHEREAS said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfer
equity from one fund to another fund only by resolution or
ordinance, and.
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Kalispell as follows:
That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to close out the deficit fund balance and
write off the loan from the General Fund in the amount
of 8,416.53.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 19th DAY OF August , 1991.
