RESOLUTION NO. 3972
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH
MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES, WATER QUALITY BUREAU, FOR A LOAN Ub
WASTEWATER TREATMENT REVOLVING FUND ACT (TITLE 75, CHAPTER
PART 11, MONTANA CODE ANNOTATED).
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Wastewater Treatment
Revolving Fund Act (Title 75, Chapter 5, Part 11, Montana Code
Annotated) the State of Montana has authorized the making lof
loans to municipalities to finance all or part of the costs 10f
wastewater treatment projects.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL:
SECTION I. That Bruce Williams, City Manager, is
hereby authorized to execute and file an application on
behalf of the City of Kalispell with the Municipal
Wastewater Assistance Program for a loan to assist in
the construction, expansion and modification of the
Kalispell Wastewater Treatment Plant.
SECTION II. Bruce Williams, City Manager, is further
hereby authorized and direct to furnish such
information as the Department of Health and
Environmental Sciences, Water Quality Bureau may
reasonably request in connection with such application
and to sign all necessary documents and receive
payment.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.

the Resolution authorizing the filing of application with the
Municipal Wastewater Assistance Program, as regularly adopted at
a legally convened meeting of the City Council of the City of
Kalispell held on the 21st day of January, 1991; and, further,
that such Resolution has been fully recorded in the journal of
proceedings and records in my office.
