KALISPELL CITY PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING COMMISSION
TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2019
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be
held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council Chambers,
Kalispell City Hall, 201 1" Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
A. Call to Order and Roll Call
B. Approval of Minutes of March 12, 2019
C. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the agenda.
(Comments are typically held to 3 minutes or less.)
D. Public Hearing:
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing and take public comments on the agenda items
listed below:
1. File 4 KCU-19-01 — A request from Terry and Lori Williamson for a residential
community center within the R-3 (Residential) Zoning District. The community center
would be very similar to a Ronald Mcdonald House, where it will serve the purpose of
offering families a home environment away from the hospital. The residence will be open
to guests by invitation only and available as needed from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Guests
will always be accompanied by the owner of the property or authorized volunteer. The
subject property is currently a vacant lot; however, a single-family home will be
constructed as part of the project.
