KALISPELL CITY PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING COMMISSION
TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2019
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be
held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council
Chambers, Kalispell City Hall, 201 1" Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
A. Call to Order and Roll Call
B. Approval of Minutes of February 12, 2019
C. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the agenda.
(Comments are typically held to 3 minutes or less.)
D. Public Hearing:
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing and take public comments on the agenda items
listed below:
1. File #'s KGPA-19-01 and KZC-19-01 —A request has been submitted by Meridian
Group Associates, LLC for a growth policy amendment and zone change on 5.79-acres of
land. The growth policy amendment and zone change are being requested in order to
allow for the expansion of the existing UPS facilities located at 1151 N. Meridian Road.
2. File # KGPA — 19-02 — A request from the Kalispell City Planning Department to amend
the Kalispell Growth Policy Future Land Use Map. The requested amendment would
include expanding the annexation boundary north and designate future land uses for those
properties being included within the annexation boundary.
