RESOLUTION NO. 4659
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PARKING
COMMISSION AS SET FORTH IN THE 2001-2002 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 16th day of July, 2001,
the City Council did consider all objections made to said
budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 4644 adopting the
Parking Commission Budget in the amount of $207,697; and
WHEREAS, the projected revenue will not be available and as a
result the appropriations must be reduced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the annual appropriations of the Parking
Commission are in excess of available funds and are
therefore reduced from $207,697 to $115,992, as shown on
Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
