RESOLUTION NO. 4658
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR AFFORDABLE
HOUSING BUDGET AS SET FORTH IN THE 2 0 01- 2 0 0 2 CITY BUDGET ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 16th day of July, 2001,
the City Council did consider all objections made to said
budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 4636 adopting the
annual appropriations of the City of Kalispell; and
WHEREAS, the projected revenue will not be available and as a
result the appropriations for fund 2950, the Affordable
Housing budget must be reduced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the annual appropriation of Fund 2950,
the Affordable Housing Fund, are in excess of available
funds and is reduced from $96,243 to $21,111.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL THIS 17TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2001.
