RESOLUTION NO. 4652
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3877, NORTHWEST TRACTS
ADDITION NO. 234, BY CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN
SAID RESOLUTION, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on June 5th, 1989 the City of Kalispell passed
Resolution No. 3877 annexing three tracts of land
commonly known as the Northwest Tracts Addition No.
234, and
WHEREAS, the Exhibits attached thereto as "A", "A-1" and "A-
2" omitted a small sliver of property approximately
10 feet wide and 176 feet long due to a surveying
error, and
WHEREAS, in order to correct the error the Council considers
it advisable to pass a Resolution amending
Resolution No. 3877.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Resolution No. 3877 is hereby amended by
including therein the legal description
contained in Exhibit "A-3" attached hereto and
thereby made a part hereof.
SECTION II. All parts and portions of Resolution No. 3877
not amended hereby shall remain the same.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage by the City Council.
