RESOLUTION NO. 4620
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN THE 2000-2001 BUDGET ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE MONTANA CULTURAL ARTS GRANT.
WHEREAS, the annual appropriation for the Cultural Arts Grant is
a State grant received subsequent to the adoption of the
Fiscal 2001 budget, in accordance with M.C.A. 7--6-4120,
and
WHEREAS, the source of funds is State money passed through the
City of Kalispell for the benefit of the Glacier
Orchestra and Chorale, and
WHEREAS, the appropriate fund would be a Cultural Arts Fund, 2927
Montana Cultural Arts Grant with the appropriate
expenditure line item transfer to the Glacier Orchestra
and Chorale of 2927-400-460452-354.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the appropriation for the Montana
Cultural Arts Grant in the amount of $200.00
be granted.
SECTION II. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage by the City
Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 21ST DAY OF MAY, 2001.
