RESOLUTION NO. 4619
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR. A.PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN
THE 2000-2001 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE PURPOSE OF
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #343.
WHEREAS, the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2001
fiscal year, did not contain any appropriation or
authorize expenditures for Special Improvement District
#343, and
WHEREAS, the creation of Special Improvement District #343, the
award of a construction contract for the improvements
contemplated in Special Improvement District #343 and the
pending sale of bonds and receipt of the proceeds thereof
necessitate the creation of a budget appropriation and
expenditure line item for Special Improvement District
##343 for the 2001 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the revenue accruing to the City as a result of the sale
of bonds under Special Improvement District #343 is not
appropriated pursuant to Section 7-6-4271, and
constitutes an overall increase in appropriation
authority, and
WHEREAS, the appropriate fund would be SID 343 Sunnyview Capital
Project Fund, 4343, with the appropriate expenditure line
items 4343-410-420140-354, 820, 822, 823, 950.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That on June 18, 2001 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in
the Council Chambers, City Hall, Kalispell,
the City Council will hold a public hearing on
appropriating funds for Special Improvement
District #343 in the amount of $1,618,500 for
the infrastructure improvements connected with
SID #343.
SECTION II. That notice of the passage of this resolution
shall be published pursuant to Section 7-1-
4127, MCA.

KALISPELL, THIS 21ST DAY OF MAY, 2001.
