Resolution 4734 - Stop Sign - 1st Street West & 2nd Avenue WestRESOLUTION NO. 4734
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF A STOP SIGN IN THE EAST AND
WEST BOUND LANES ON FIRST STREET WEST AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
SECOND AVENUE WEST AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That vehicles, including motor vehicles, bicycles,
or other vehicles shall be required to stop in the
East and West bound lanes of 1st Street West at its
intersection with 2nd Avenue West.
SECTION II. The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to
erect a stop sign at the above location.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
