The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday, June 14,
2011 beginning at 6:00 p.m.* in the Kalispell City Council Chambers, Kalispell City Hall, 201 1" Avenue East, Kalispell,
Montana. *PLEASE NOTE THE TIME OF THE MEETING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 6:00 P.M. FOR THE
SUMMER*
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
A. Call to Order and Roll Call
B. Election of Officers
C. Approval of Minutes of April 12, 2011.
D. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the agenda, except the public hearing
items listed immediately below. (Comments are typically held to 3 minutes or less.)
E. Public Hearing:
In addition, the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following
agenda item. Following the hearing and board discussion, the board may make its recommendations to the Kalispell City
Council for final action:
1. A request from Todd and Theresa Cardin to annex a 0.26 of an acre (11,325 square feet) lot and zone the land R-2
(Residential) upon annexation. The lot is located on the west side of South Woodland Drive at the intersection of
South Woodland Drive and the southern lane of Quincy Loop. The property is currently undeveloped. The 0.26 of
an acre site can be legally described as Lot 4 of Block 3, Green Acres Northwest, as shown on Certificate of Survey
18774 located in the SE'/4 of Section 17, Township 28 North, Range 21 West.

Immediately following the regular meeting a work session of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission is
scheduled to discuss the items below:
1. City of Kalispell Subdivision Regulations Update
2. City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance proposed housekeeping amendments
The work session will be held for information purposes only. No recommendations by the planning board are made during
work sessions.
