A RESOLUTION APPROVING CORRECTIONS TO THE FINAL PLAT OF WESTWOOD
t� PARK SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 22
WEST, P.M.M., FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA.

O WHEREAS, Final Plat for Westwood Park Subdivision and its subdivision improvements
agreement was approved by the Kalispell City Council on May 21, 2007, and

WHEREAS, the requirements of the subdivision improvement agreement include compliance with
mcertain minimum standards which demand that utility easements with specific
dimensions be placed upon the face of the plat, and
rn WHEREAS, the previous final plat did not contain the specific dimensions of the easements but
O
�n that a corrected version is now completed with such specific dimensions and
therefore should be accepted and recorded into the _records of Flathead County,
Montana.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I. The Corrected Final Plat of Westwood Park Subdivision, Kalispell, Flathead
County, Montana is hereby approved and shall be recorded with Flathead
County Clerk and Recorder.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCILAND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 20TH DAY OF JANUA 009.
