1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:31 a.m., By: Mark Pirrie
Approval of the Agenda:
Moved by Janet, second by Mark.
2. Approval of November 2018 Board Meeting:
Moved by Joel, second by Matt.
3. Hearing of the Public: No one present
4. Financial Updates for November and December 2018:
Matt asked if the money allocated to snow removal was not used if it could be used for lot maintenance.
Discussion followed with no final decision.
5. Parking Updates for November and December:
6. Unfinished Business:
The Westside Parking District will be effective January 21, 2019. Meters for the Glacier Bank parking lot
(Vt Ave Casino) are in progress according to Captain Falkner.
7. New Business:
Discussion about lot maintenance and job description for Paul to be discussed at the next meeting.
The next meeting will be Thursday, March 14.
