INVITATION FOR BIDS
The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive sealed bids for the
Chip Seal Project for the Year
Ending December 31, 2019. The
project primarily consists of fur-
nishing materials, labor, and
equipment required to chip seal
approximately 4.04 miles of City
Streets. This project shall be
performed by a Contractor who
is registered with the Montana
Department of Labor and Indus-
try. Further bidding requirements
are available at www.kalispell.co
m, under Bids & Proposals.
Plans and specifications may al-
so be examined beginning Tues-
day, February 19, 2019, through
QuestCDN. The City of Kalispell
Portal to QuestCDN is located on
the City of Kalispell website at ht
tps://www.kalispell.com/bids.asp
x. Click on the project title. A
page will open which allows free
viewing of the project and plan
holders list. The City will be only
accepting online electronic bids
through QuestCDN. Electronic
plan download and electronic
bidding can be completed
through QuestCDN for a fee of
$25.00. To access the electronic
bid form, download the project
documents and click the online
bidding button at the top of the
advertisement. For electronic
bids, scans of required electronic
bid documents will be accepted.

be held in the City Hall Lower

to attend the Pre -Bid Meeting.
Bids will be received by
QuestCDN until 2:30 PM on
Thursday, March 07, 2019. All
bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud at 2:30 PM on Thurs-
day, March 07, 2019 in the Main
