Kalispell, Montana, hereby certify that the attached resolution 'is a true copy of Resolution 5069
entitled: "A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS OF E CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN THE
2005-2006 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCII:` (the "Resolution"), on file in the
original records of the City in my legal custody; that the Resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City at a regular meeting on October 17, 2005 . and that the meeting was duly held by
the City Council and was attended throughout by a quorum,, pursuant to call and notice of such
meeting given as required by law; and that the Resolution has not as of the date hereof been amended
or repealed.

A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN
THE 2005-2006 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.

WHEREAS in the budget adopted by the City of Kalispell for the 2005
detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in the
operation of said Funds for the 2005-2006 fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. On the 7th day of November, 2005 at 7-000 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 312. 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City
Council of the City of Kalispell shall hold a Public Hearing on the following
