City, that as of the date stated below, the City has received from D.A. Davidson & Co. (the "Purchaser")
the purchase price for the City's Special Improvement District No. 344 Bonds, Series 2006 (the "Bonds"'),
in the original aggregate principal amount of $4,520,000, said purchase price being determined as

act as securities depository of the Bonds, and the Bonds were delivered to DTC on or before the date
stated below.
