OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
I, Bruce Williams, the duly qualified and acting City Manager of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, do hereby certify that the following construction contract
for the construction of the improvements in Special Improvement District No. 341
has been duly executed by myself on behalf of the City:
Work Bidder Contract Price
Installation of a sanitary sewer main LHC Inc. $107,317.00
with services to the property line,
on Fifth Avenue East beginning at
Fourteenth Street East and continuing
South to the City limits line
The contract was placed on file in the City Clerk of Council's office after being signed
by the contractor, and the contractor has submitted executed payment and
performance bonds in the form and manner provided for in Title 18, Chapter 1, Part
2, and Title 18, Chapter 2, Part 2., Montana Code Annotated.
