THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL DID ON THE 17TH DAY OF
APRIL, 19951 PASS RESOLUTION NO* 4204 WHICH WAS A RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO, 341, SAID
RESOLUTION IS FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COUNCIL, CITY
HALL.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the City
Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,, to create Special
improvement District No. 341, for the purpose of totally funding a
sanitary sewer main with services to the property line, and
optional service connection to individual dwel-lingsf on Fifth
Avenue East beginning at 14th Street and continuing South to the
City limits, City of Kalispell, Montana, said property and area to
be served is more particularly described in Exhibit "All attached
hereto and for purposes of this notice made a part hereof.
The District's share of the estimated cost and expense of said
improvement is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000,00),
It is the intention of the City Council to charge the expenses
of the work for improvements to lots not fronting on the above
named avenues and streets, as well as lots abutting the improvement
because the lots not fronting on improvement are benefitted by the
improvement and the installation of a sewer line in the area is of
more than local or ordinary benefit.
The cost of said improvements shall be assessed against all of
the property within the district as follows:
a) One hundred percent (100%) of the District's cost of
constructing and installing the sanitary sewer, with
services to the property line., shall be assessed by
determining the lots fronting upon the improvement and
assessing each lot as its frontage bears to its
porportion of the whole cost of the improvement. Lots
not fronting shall be assessed based upon an average
fronting of those lots fronting the improvement,
b) The cost of constructing and installing service
connections to the individual dwellings shall be assessed
based upon the bid price in the improvement district
contract and assessed only against the lots, tracts and
parcels of land served by the utility service
connections.
The cost of said improvements may be paid in full upon completion
of the contract or in thirty (30) equal semi-annual installments
extending over a period of fifteen (15) years,

be made against the making
of said improvements,
or the creation of
said district, at a regular
meeting
of the City
Council to be held
in the Council Chambers of
the City
Hall, in the
City of Kalispell,
Montana, at 7:00 P.M., on
the 15th
day of May,
1995,
Protests,* if any,, must be in writing and filed with the
Kalispell City Clerk of Council at the Kalispell City Hall not
later than 5.*00 P.M. on the 5th day of May, 1995,
