CERTIFICATE OF BOND REGISTRAR
11 the undersigned, being a duty qualified and acting Vice President of U.S. Bank Trust National
Association MT, of Billings, Montana, which is designated as Bond Registrar under the resolution
adopted by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana (the "City"), on June 4, 2001, authorizing
the issuance of the Bonds described above, do hereby certify that the Bond Registrar has received twenty
(20) fully executed but unauthenticated Bonds of said issue.
I further certify that on the date hereof the Bond Registrar has authenticated and delivered to The
Depository Trust Company, in New York, New York, on behalf of D.A. Davidson & Co. (the
"Purchaser"), $1,581,500 in aggregate principal amount of said Bonds maturing on July I in the years
and amounts set forth below and bearing interest at the rates set forth below opposite such years and
