1, Theresa White, the duly qualified and acting City Clerk of Kalispell, Montana, do
hereby certify that the following construction contract for the construction of the improvements
in Special Improvement District No. 343 has been duly executed by the City Manager and the
City Finance Director on behalf of the City'.

and Installation of Surface Improvements
The contract was placed on file in the office of the City Clerk after being signed by the
contractor, and the contractor has submitted executed payment and performance bonds in the
form and manner provided for in Title 18, Chapter 1, Part 2, and Title 18, Chapter 2, Part 2,
Montana Code Annotated.
The amount of the estimated total Improvement Costs (i.e., $1,095,308.97) not
represented by the above dollar amount (i.e., $373,215.47) is the sum of the estimated direct
costs of utility providers in connection with the relocation and burying of utilities related to
Special Improvement District No. 343.
