L the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Finance Officer of the City of
Kalispell, Montana (the "City"), hereby certify and acknowledge that on the date of this
instrument I received from D.A. Davidson & Co., as purchaser thereof, the purchase price for the
$1,581,500 Special Improvement District No. 343 Bonds of the City of Kalispell, Montana, dated
initially as of June 1, 2001, said purchase price computed as follows:
