CERTIFICATE OF BOND REGISTRAR
I. the undersigned, being a duly qualified and acting Vice President of
First Trust Company of Montana National Association, in Billings, Montana, which
is designated as Bond Registrar under the resolution adopted by the City Council of
the City of Kalispell, Montana (the City), on November 6, 1995, authorizing the
issuance of the Bonds described above, do hereby certify that the Bond Registrar has
received one hundred twenty-six (126) fully executed but unauthenticated Bonds of
said issue.
I further certify that on the date hereof the Bond Registrar has
authenticated and delivered to D. A. Davidson & Co., in Great Falls, Montana (the
Purchaser), $209,000 in aggregate principal amount of said Bonds maturing on July I
in the years and amounts set forth below and bearm*g interest at the rates set forth
