OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
1. Bruce Williams, the duly qualified and acting City Manager of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, do hereby certify that the following construction contract
for the construction of the improvements in Special Improvement District No. 342
has been duly executed by myself on behalf of the City:

Extension of a water main; installation Sandon Construction $168,851
of stormwater drainage piping and catch
basins; reconstruction of Corporate Way
including curbs and gutters; and installation
of street lights and utility conduit
The contract was placed on file in the City Clerk of Council's office after being signed
by the contractor, and the contractor has submitted executed payment and
performance bonds in the form and manner provided for in Title 18, Chapter 1, Part
2. and Title 18, Chapter 2,, Part 2., Montana Code Annotated.
