1. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Finance Director
of the City of Kalispell, Montana (the City), hereby certify and acknowledge that on
the date of this instrument I received from D. A. Davidson & Co., in Great Falls,
Montana, as purchaser thereof, the purchase price of $209,000 Special Improvement
District No. 342 Bonds of the City of Kalispell, Montana, dated initially as of
November 1, 1995, said purchase price computed as follows:
Par Value $209,000-00
Less Underwriter's Discount 6,270.00
Plus accrued interest from
November 1. 1995, to the date hereof 506-88
Total Purchase Price $203/236.88
Less Good Faith Check 0.00
Net Purchase Price $201,236-88
and that I thereupon directed First Trust Company of Montana National
Association, as Registrar,, to deliver said Bonds to said purchaser.
