1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:32 a.m., By: Mark Pirrie
2. Approval of the Agenda:
Moved by Janet, second by Matt.
3. Approval of March, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes:
Moved by Joel, second by Matt.
4. Hearing of the Public:
5. Financial Updates for March and April 2018:
The Board decided that they will no longer be approving the Financial Statements, just reviewing them.
6. Updates from City Parking:
7. Unfinished Business:
The Planning Department did not attend the meeting. The Board recommended another downtown walk
with the Planning Department to address concerns brought up by the Parking Enforcement Officer. Wells
Fargo will hold off on converting some of their parking to paid, public parking. They will determine what
the demand for parking is after the addition of the diagonal parking.
8. New Business:
The board was shown the new uniform proposed for the Parking Enforcement Officer. All in attendance
approved of the summer uniform and agreed that it is public friendly, highly visible, as well as being a lot
cooler for Dave.
The next meeting will be Thursday, July 19.
