The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be held on
Tuesday, September 11, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council Chambers, Kalispell
City Hall, 201 Ist Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing and take public comments on the agenda items listed below:
File 9 KRD-18-02 — The City of Kalispell has developed a DRAFT Downtown Kalispell Urban
Renewal Plan for consideration by the Kalispell City Planning Board in accordance with 7-15-
4213, M.C.A. On December 4, 2017, the Kalispell City Council adopted The Downtown Plan as
an amendment to the City of Kalispell Growth Policy Plan -It 2035 by Resolution No. 5846. The
Downtown Plan addresses a number of key topics that affect the future growth and development
of Downtown Kalispell.
