Minutes from August 4,1999 Meeting
The meeting began at 4: oo p.m. Present were: Chris Kukulski, Craig Kerzman, P. J. Sorensen, and
Kathy Kuhiin (staff), Gib Bissell, Keith Robinson, and Art Thompson.
A letter from John Stokes and Susan Moyer's reply letter were distributed and discussed.
The Monday work Session was discussed. Art mentioned that Morrison-Maierle was not aware of
the drain pool situation for Rosauer's on the airport property. In review of the Airport Master Plan
draft, P. J. and Craig both said they found the height restrictions did not seem to be what they thought
they should be.
Art brought up the surveys that have been distributed at the airport. we received 140 back, and Art
briefly mentioned a few of the "big spenders".
Tony Feilzer from Morn son -Mai erl a arrived at 4 : 4 5 p.m. to distribute the Final Draft of the Airport
Master Plan copies for our board members. (He had just picked there up from the airport.)
Discussion was held regarding the Airport Manager position still not being filled. The matter will be
brought before the Council in the near future. Chris mentioned that his past experience with
municipal airports has been that one of the FBo's operated as the Airport Manager.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:1 o p.m.
The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, September S, 1999 at 4: oo p.m.
