ORDINANCE NO. 432. >e
An Ordinance providing for the establishment and creation of the
inner Fire Limits within the City of Kallispell,Montana,and
amending Section 243 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of
Kalispell,passed and approved the 5th.day of March,A.D.19S8.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. That all that portion of the territorywithin the City
of Kalispell contained within the following described boundary,to-wit:
Commencing at a point on the center of Railroad Street.and the center
of L)econd _venueEast; thence running Southerly on the center of
Second Avenue 'East to the center of Fifth Street; thence uiesterly on
the center line of Fifth Street to the center of Second'Avenue West;
thence No on.the center of Second Avenue u'Jest to the center
of Fourth Street; thence Westerly on the center line of Fourth Street
to the center of the ally between Second Avenue West and Third Avenue
West; 'thence Northerly on the center line of the ally between Second
Avenue West and Third Avenue West to the center of Railroad Street;
thence Easterly on the center line of Railroad Street to Second
Avenue East,the point of beginning;is hereby declared to be and
henceforth shall be established and known as the Inner Fire Limits
of the City of Kalispell
Section 2. Any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. An urgency and emergency is hereby declared to and does
exist.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval. .
