ORDINANCE N0. 381
An Ordinance amending Paragraph 3 of Section 108 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana, 1922,
WEEREAS, it is necessary that Paragraph 3 of Section 108 of the
Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell be amended: therefore,
' BE IT ORDAINED

THE CITY OF KALISPELL
That paragraph
3 of Section
108 of
the
Revised Ordinances of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, 1922, pertaining to performances or
exhibitions of every circus and menagerie, dog and pony show within
the City of Kalispell be amended to read as follows:

The following licenses shall be paid each day for the performances
or exhibition within the City of Kalispell or within the three miles
beyond the limits o said City of every circus and menagerie,
dog and pony show having seating capacity of 500 or less than
500 the licenses shall be 50.00 Dollars per day. Where the seating
capacity is over 500 ^4 less than 1000 the licenses shall be 75.00
Dollars per day. Where the seating capacity is 1000 and over the
licenses shall be of t:e sum of $125.00 per day provided, however,
that in no case shall the number of reserved seats be in excess of one:
half of the total number of seats. !I
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
That this or dinances is deemed to be an emergency or dinances
and takes effect immediately upon its passage by the City Council
with the approval of the Mayor.
