An Ordinance requiring places of business; wherein soft drinks are
sold, or wherein are conducted pool rooms or bowling,alleys to re-
main closed during certain hours.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COTTYC1L OF THE CITY OF iALISPELL, 11ONTAI1k.
Section 1. Any person in charge of any place of business wherein
soft drinks are sold, or wherein a pool room or a bowling alley is con-
ducted, who permits such place of business to be opened after the hours
of 12 o'clock midnight of any day, and prior to the hour of 7 o'clock
A. M. of the following day, shall be guilty of the offense of conducting
business unla,.=rfully, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a
fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars or by imprisonment of not to
exceed thirty days, or by both such find and inprisonment.
Section 2. The provisions of all. Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed..
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its
passage and approval.
