Ordinance 867 - Salary Ordinance451 ORDINANCE N0. 867 AN ORDINANCE FIXING WITHIN LIMITS THE ANNUAL SALARY AND COMPENSATION OF TEE FOLLOWING CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER. ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,:AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the annual salaries and compensation of the City Officers and Employees of the City of Kalispell, as determined at the August 1976 budget meeting, shall be as follows. Where maximum and minimum limits are established, changes within such limits may be made by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council for those on an annual salary basis. Secretary -Dispatcher 4.25 95.00 Dispatcher II 3.59 95.00 Dispatcher I 3.26 95.00 Parking Meter Maid II 3.38 150.00 Parking Meter Maid I 3.26 150.00 Night shift differential - 25.00 per month Uniform clothing allowance payable on or before the 15th of September. The above base pay is to be supplemented with longevity pay based on a rate of 1% of base pay of $4.00 per hour, which is 40 times years of service. Longevity pay increases will be computed each July 1st. Employees will be eligible for longevity after at least six (6) months service prior to each July let. City of Kalispell to contribute full "medical insurance" for full time employees enrolled in an insurance group approved by the Mayor and City Council. If more than one group, employees will be allowed coverage with company of their choice up to a maximum premium cost of 49.19 per family. Appointed administrative and office employees of the city to receive 1% per year of service, longevity increment accumulated on a base wage of 600.00. Longevity pay increase will be computed each July lst. Employees will be eligible for longevity after at least six (6) months service prior to each July 1st. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after July 1, 1976. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
