Vicinity Context The Glacier Town Center is proposed for development on approximately 485 acres north of Kalispell, located north of West Reserve Drive, and between the Whitefish Stage Road and US Highway 93. The proposed project is current- ly contains multiple zoning categories within the County categories as outlined on Exhibit D. The project is contigu- ous to B-2 Commercial zoning within the City of Kalispell. The proposed project as planned is compliant with the Kalispell growth policy and zoning ordinances. Refer to the "Vicinity Map," Exhibit A, for the location of the Glacier Town Center in relation to the City of Kalispell and surrounding areas. See attached legal description for additional description (Appendix C). Glacier Town Center is planned to have a primary access and two secondary access points off of US Highway 93, as well as an access off of West Reserve Drive and Whitefish Stage Road.
