SUBJECT: Impact Fee Advisory Committee Appointments
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee is to review and monitor
the process of calculating, assessing, and spending impact fees and shall make recommendations
to City Council.
The Impact Fee Committee shall consist of a maximum of seven members. Members must be
either property owners, residents, or actively engaged in business or employment within the
Kalispell city limits. The Committee currently has two vacancies and two applicants.
RECOMMENDATION: Mayor Johnson appoints two applicants to the Impact Fee Advisory
Committee, followed by a motion from Council confirming approval of the Mayor's
appointments.

growth as well as down turn in the future

I serve on multiple charity committees and have a unique interest in local government. In
my work I have had multiple opportunities to lead large projects with big budgets both in
the private and public sectors which should lend to being able to research impact fees
with the staffs help, adjusting them as needed for our community.
