KALISPELL CITY PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING COMMISSION
TUESDAY, MARCH 13, 2018
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be held on
Tuesday, March 13, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council Chambers, Kalispell City
Hall, 201 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
A. Call to Order and Roll Call
B. Approval of Minutes of February 13, 2018
C. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the agenda.

D. Public Hearing:
The Planning Board will hold a public hearing and take public comments on the agenda items listed below:
File # KPP-18-01— A request from PTA Development for a major subdivision of a 1.43-acre parcel
into two lots 40,401 and 21,927 s.f. in size. The application will be reviewed in accordance with
Section 28.2.06 of the Kalispell Subdivision Regulations. The property is located within the RA-2
Zoning District, which provides for commercial office development. The property is located at 105
Village Loop and developed with the new PTA office building. The property can be legally
described as Lot 4B of the Amended Plat of Lots 4A and 4B, Village Heights in the SW4 SW4 in
Section 32, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, P.M.,M., Flathead County, Montana.
File # KPP-18-03 — A request from Jerman Holdings, LLC for a major subdivision of a .43-acre
parcel into two lots 9,109 and 9,710 s.f. in size. The application will be reviewed in accordance
with Section 28.2.06 of the Kalispell Subdivision Regulations. The property is located within the
B-1 Zoning District, which provides for commercial office development. The property is located
at 60 Village Loop Drive and currently undeveloped grasslands. The property can be legally
described as Lot 1 of the Plat of Village Plaza, a subdivision in the SW4 SW4 in Section 32,
Township 29 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
