Postpone Bid Action
MEETING: May 7, 2018
BACKGROUND:
Schedule 4 of the Westside Interceptor Project (WSI) includes the installation of approximately
4,000 linear feet of 27 inch sewer main, approximately 8,200 linear feet of 24 inch sewer main,
and approximately 2,600 linear feet of 21 inch sewer main. Also included in this schedule are
sanitary sewer manholes, sanitary sewer main / service connections, paved surface restoration,
concrete restoration, and landscape restoration.
Schedule 5 of the WSI includes approximately 4,550 linear feet of 10 inch force main to be
installed by standard trenching methods and approximately 1,500 linear feet of 10 inch force
main to be installed via horizontal directional drill installations. Also included in this schedule
are sanitary sewer force main connections, paved surface restoration, concrete restoration, and
landscape restoration.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Postpone action for Schedules 4 and 5 of the Westside Interceptor Project until the May 21, 2018
City Council Meeting.
