01 as findings of fact and recommend to the Kalispell City Council that the
prelfininary plat of Village Heights be approved sub)cct to die conditions listed
in the staff report,
BOARD DISCUSSION
Crahami inquired as to the reason why if (lie single lot is being subdivided into

g4ial subdivision was more than five lots state law requires that when you

Young asked if there is a minimum lot size in an RA-2 zone. Nygron answered
yes, minirnUrn, lot Size is 6,000 square feet and 50 feet wide, lie advised both of
these parcels far exceed that.
HEARING
Jim & Gail I-xv - 10O Buffalo Stage - expressed concern with added traffiC
congestion, size of buildings, lighting and speed of traffic on Whitefish Stage.

BOARD DISCUSSION
The Board addressed the public comment from Jim, and Gail Lee starting with
the speed finut on Whitefish Stage, Jentz advised that the speed firnit is
determined by the state not the city, it is not in the city jurisdicti(,)n. Jentz
mentioned that since the subdivision is 10-12 years old they don't know of there

City outdoor lighting standards.
