Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve January 23 minutes; Bill seconded.
Approved 4-0
Old Business: Raymond James — 25 2' Ave W - PJ briefed board members on design and
discussion from the previous meeting. Janet moved to approve and Bill
seconded. Approved 4-0
Casa Mexico — 1600 Hwy 93 S — Ron explained the wainscots will
be removed on the flat section and the big tall tower under the arched window
that was approved originally. Russ moved to approve and Bill seconded.
Approved 4-0
Flathead Valley Oral Surgery — 60 Village Loop - PJ briefed board
members on design and discussion from the previous meeting. Russ moved to
approve and Bill seconded. Approved 4-0
New Business:
Signs: Turning Point Dance Studio — 1322 Whitefish Stage - double sided sign,
16 sq. ft., white with black vinyl lettering, posts are 4x4 treated posts, natural
color. Bill moved to approve and Janet seconded. Approved 4-0
Bldg Permits: Vision Clinic — 580 N Meridian — representative was not present;
Russ moved to table the item to the January 27th meeting and Janet
seconded. Approved to table 4-0
Courtyard Apartments — 1842 Airport Rd — 4 buildings in a rectangular
pattern. All 4 will be re -sided, new windows, new doors, new roof and a one
story addition will be built off of building 2 for laundry facilities and
community room. Janet moved to approve and Russ seconded. Approved 4-0
